We've been talking about mark-making with kindergarten, and they have really mastered the art! This week, for the letter O, we made Orange Octopuses in the Ocean - although the orange part was optional. Students used mark making to show the ocean current and give their paintings the illusion of movement. I think they are just the cutest!

For our letter of the day projects, kindergarten recently finished their "B is for Bird" project. The class read the book Hey Al and then designed masks to depict what they might look like if they turned into a bird like the character Al.
